Danysz looking to maintain unbeaten start to regime

With two wins and a draw since he took office, the Lee Danysz project returns to Oxford Street this weekend when his twelfth-placed Rossington Main side welcome similarly-revitalised opponents in fifteenth-placed Swallownest in Toolstation NCEL Division One-and Lee is hoping that his virtually full-strength squad make good use of the comforts of the Welfare Ground, writes Colin Muncie.

Lee told the Bootiful Game “It’s a tough test again but we hope the home advantage will stand us in good stead. We have a full squad to choose from bar two players, so we should have no complaints. The lads now know what I demand and expect week in week out. We have competition for places and they know there is no room for complacency”.

Lee knows that the men from Rotherham Road aren’t coming to make up the numbers. “Swallownest are a very tough team to beat and have had some really good results recently” he said “ They’ll be physical and tough to beat and going forward have great movement and a top striker in Alex Lill. We will have to be on our best form at the weekend to come out of it with maximum points. But it’s maximum points I want. We are prepped and ready -but it’s now in the hands of the players”.

“Let’s see if we can carry on the momentum”.
