Hall expects big performance in big 6-pointer for Retford!

Toolstation NCEL Division One’s bottom side Retford United head to Worsborough Bridge Athletic(18th) on the back of two, fine high-scoring draws against teams in the promotion chase-and Badgers Manager Jordan Hall wants to take that form into Saturday’s crucial encounter with the Briggers, writes Colin Muncie.

Jordan told the Bootiful Game “It’s a big six- pointer for us against Worsborough Bridge. This will showcase 22 players -all giving their everything- for three points so anything can happen. We are unbeaten in two games, both teams are in the top five (Grimsby Borough and Shirebrook) so we go into the game with confidence. That’s been hard to find since joining the club so I’m looking forward to the game and seeing the lads give a good account for themselves”.

“Worsborough is a notoriously difficult place to go -and I’m sure this Saturday will be no different”.
