Bolsover welcomes back Funnell as Valente anticipates tough Selby task

Encouraged as they were by their display after the interval in the 3-2 away defeat to Rossington Main in Toolstation NCEL Division One at the weekend, nineteenth placed FC Bolsover get to do it all over again tomorrow night when they make the trip to Richard Street and a tough assignment against sixth-placed Selby Town-and Bolsover’s Joint Manager Adam Valente is taking plenty of positives from his side’s fight back at Oxford Street, writes Colin Muncie.

Adam told the Bootiful Game “Weather permitting on Tuesday we travel to Selby, which I’m sure will be a tough match for us. If we take the second half performance from the Rossington game into this one, I am sure we will match them and cause an upset”

“We welcome back Chris Funnel to the squad but we’re without Oliver Perry due to his ankle” Adam reported “ Other than that , we’ve got a good squad travelling up , so hopefully we can be up for it -and cause an upset”.
