Gill expecting tough test as they travel to bottom side Clipstone

Second-bottom in the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division, Hall Road Rangers head for the Worksop Van Hire Stadium and a clash with bottom side Clipstone on Saturday-and after two weeks of unwanted inactivity, Rangers Manager Bill Gill is first out of the blocks in the Bootiful Game’s comprehensive coverage of the weekend’s fixtures, as he prepares his side for their seven games in the rest of March, knowing that the Cobras will be no pushover, writes Colin Muncie.

Bill told the Bootiful Game “Finally we should get a run out this Saturday. I expect this to be a very stiff test; these games are one of the hardest to overcome. Clipstone are fighting for their lives and they will see this as a six-pointer. I looked at the result mid week against Maltby and wasn’t like most thinking “wow ,that’s a heavy defeat”,  I looked at the game and saw that they were having a good go for forty-five minutes- and beating Maltby at times. So I expect the same when we go there on Saturday- whoever wants the most will win on the day”.

“We have everyone available and will be looking to bring back as many points as possible from this tough game”.
