Sarel wants EYC is continue recent form

After an eventful outing at Sandygate in midweek, seventeenth-placed East Yorkshire Carnegie are on their travels again this weekend when they head to Nostell MW, one place below them in Toolstation NCEL Division One-and Carnegie Assistant Lewis Sarel noted the home side’s midweek win, but wants his own players to carry their display in Sheffield into a big game for both sides, writes Colin Muncie.

Lewis told the Bootiful Game “It’s a very big game for us with them picking up points during midweek. The performance on Tuesday probably deserved a little more than we got. If we apply ourselves in the same way I’m sure we will get some joy on Saturday and pick up some points.

“The weather again could be a factor but -fingers crossed- we won’t have any more games called off and we can get them all played “.
