Central midfielder Adam Knight has signed (on Dual Registration) for NCEL Division One side Nostell Miners Welfare- where he was at before he travelled USA – from EvoStik side Shaw Lane.
Wakefield born midfielder joined Shaw Lane after a spell in the USA. Knight started his career with Leeds United Academy before a spell with Nostel Miners Welfare before heading across the pond.
Knight played two seasons with St. Louis Lions before being one of the Heartland Conference Playoff finalists with Des Moines Menace in July 2017.
The midfielder then spent six months with professional outfit Philadelphia Fury in the American Soccer League.
Nostell manager Jason Dodsworth thanked Shaw Lane Chairman Craig Wood and also Chris Willock on the smooth transition.
