Danysz: I feel the players owe me, the club and the people who come to watch and support the club in so many ways

Four consecutive defeats in Toolstation NCEL Division One have left a bitter taste at Rossington Main, thirteenth in the table; and as they head to the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground and a tough-looking away game at AFC Emley (12th)  on Saturday. Main Manager Lee Danysz is counting on his players to reverse their recent form in their last four games of the season , writes Colin Muncie.
Lee told the Bootiful Game “We’re just looking to finish the season strong. After some close games games against the top few teams I feel the players have let themselves down recently. Players know my expectations of them and their recent showings have been far from acceptable. I asked for them to show me they want to be here but I can’t accept what I’ve seen. Some changes will be made, and I’m  excited by bringing in some fresh bodies with the right attitude. I want winners, I want players that match my ambition and will give everything for the cause, not when it suits them”
Lee’s thinking on next term is already pretty well advance ” I’ve given the club my thoughts on what I want and I feel I have got their full backing” he explained. “So it’s now down to me to get the right people in to the club.”
Turning to the weekend, Lee told us “The game on Saturday will be interesting as we both go in to it with a bit of a blip -probably us more so, with the goals we’ve been shipping. I’m looking for a reaction and a result to match”.
” I feel the players owe me, the club and the people who come to watch and support the club in so many ways. The proof of the pudding will be in the eating” .
