News has just broken that AFC Mansfield have been promoted to the EvoStik East Division, after the withdrawal of Andover Town from Step 4’s Southern League.
AFC Mansfield finished third in the NCEL Premier Division on the final day of the season but are the next best Step 5 side based on points-per-game.
