It has been a mixed start to Nostell Miners Welfare pre-season, having won their opener against Hall Green, but then slipped to two successive defeats.
However, yesterday they drew 1-1 with EvoStik outfit Stockbridge Park Steels and will hope to build on from this.
They also have super striker Kai Hancock back from holiday as he played the last 35 minutes of the game after landing just 100 previous.
Joe Thorton has initially given Nostell the lead just before the break but Stocksbridge equalised moments after the restart.
Both sides had their chances but a drew ended up being the result.
