WINTER: 1st 2 games we’ve only turned up for the second half – and that’s not good enough!”

With just a single point from their two Toolstation NCEL Division One fixtures so far, Ollerton Town will be looking to get their first win of the campaign tomorrow – but to do so, they’ll have to overcome Harworth Colliery at Walesby Lane; and Ollerton Manager Dave Winter isn’t counting any chickens , writes Colin Muncie.

Dave told the Bootiful Game “I’m looking forward to the game. We’ve had some great battles in the past with Harworth when we were both in the Central Midlands League. They will be tough; they’ll be a big powerful team so our lads need to be on it .”

Dave wants a full game’s performance from his players on Saturday. “Most importantly they have got to show that they can play for ninety minutes” he told us “In our first two games we have only turned up for the second half -and that’s not good enough in this League.”
