The H E Barnes Stadium at Stonelow Road plays host to a tasty-looking local derby tomorrow when Dronfield Town, buoyed by two successive wins, welcome Hallam, keen to move on from the floodlight failure at Dunswell Park on Tuesday. It should be a splendid game –and Dronfield Manager Chris Millington knows excatly what to expect come 3pm on Saturday, writes Colin Muncie.
Chris told the Bootiful Game “We move in to Saturday on the back of two good wins in games where we have done things right. I think it would be fair to say that Hallam will probably be our toughest test so far -and that’s no disrespect to any of the teams we have played. They will be coming to get their second win of the season after what looked like a strange ending to their game in midweek. For us it’s about continuing to do things correctly and making sure that we manage the tough parts of the game well”.
“It’s a local derby so that’s adds a bit of spice -and each team will be up for it”
