90 minutes (barring extra-time & penalties) separates Selby from huge financial windfall…

Selby Town have a huge game tonight in the Emirate’s FA Cup Preliminary Round Replay at the Fairfax Plant Hire Stadium as they face Kendal Town – who they drew 1-1 with last weekend. The winning side will receive a huge windfall of £2,890.

The Robins have not reached the 1st Qualifying Round in 10 years and will be hoping to put on a big performance tonight in front of an expected big crowd.

Christian Fox’s men have reached the 2nd Round Proper of the FA Cup, but this was in 1954-55, when they faced Hastings United, and lost 2-0.

Whilst opponents Kendal Town have only face one other NCEL opponents in the previous 10 years and having drawn against Selby 10 days previous, they will be expecting a tough game this evening.
