It’s a trip East tonight for Sheffield based Handsworth Parramore as they face The Swans in the NCEL Premier Division at the Easy Buy Stadium.
It hasn’t been a great start to the season but manager James Colliver is hopeful tonight will be the start of the turnaround, “Barton will be full of confidence having won away against the early leaders Hemsworth on Saturday. I look at Barton’s squad and think they are strong all over the pitch with strength in depth and a great manager. Barton are yet to lose a game this season so we know how difficult tonight’s game is going to be.
“We’ve reflected on Saturdays performance and the last few games I’ve felt we’ve improved each game. I’m hopeful we can continue to build on the positives from Saturday, that was our energy and desire to win the game.
“Every player one to fourteen contributed on Saturday and that will be exactly the same against Barton. We have had three away fixtures in seven days!”
