Gill pleased with clean sheet – and has a message for the away fans!

Hall Road Rangers stayed 16th yesterday after a 0-0 draw away at Dennyfield against 14th placed Thackley. Both sides had chances but draw a blank in a tight affair watched by 86 hardy fans.

Rangers boss Bill Gill, “It was a solid organised performance today we have hit the woodwork twice and missed good opportunities we never looked liked conceding in this game.

“We have gone 17/18 games without a clean sheet and that was one of the refreshing things today
I can see the relationships on the pitch and off the pitch are slowly coming together we have turned a corner as a group in the month of September.

“I would like it to go on record that the away support this season has been superb, once again yesterday we had a good crowd making the long trip to Bradford. Myself, Andy and the lads really appreciate this it helps us massively so thanks to the fans.”
