NEEDHAM: “We are looking to follow up last weeks good performance this weekend!”

Harworth Colliery

Three consecutive defeats have seen Harworth Colliery slip to 16th in Toolstation NCEL Division One – but ahead of their home fixture with second-bottom Parkgate at the Jones and Co. Recreational Ground , their experienced Manager Lee Needham saw enough in his side’s performance in a narrow away defeat to League leaders Winterton Rangers to suggest that Harworth can get back to winning ways before too long; maybe even this weekend, writes Colin Muncie.

Lee told TBG “We are looking to follow up last weeks good performance this weekend. It should be a good game with Parkgate having a new management they will be looking to continue the good start they have made and it will be up to us to try and prevent that from happening”

“The lads have worked hard in training this week and we have worked on certain aspects we felt we needed to Improve”.
