Hallam management team are taking Senior Cup very seriously,

More Cup action for Hallam after that splendid win in the FA Vase First Round at the weekend. Tomorrow night they welcome Sheffield and Hallamshire County Senior League side, Jubilee Sports to Sandygate in the second round of the S and H Senior Cup.
The visitors were actually drawn out first, but the tie has been switched from Jubilee’s Wordsworth Road home – and the Hallam management team are taking the competition very seriously, writes Colin Muncie.
Joint Manager Scott Bates told TBG “Another cup game for us. I want to do really well in this competition; it’s another midweek game and we have to keep the momentum going.”
“The lads have done great over recent weeks”Joint Manager Stephen Whitehead hinted that he, Scott and Assistant Dean Bamforthmight be ringing the changes for the tie to give his squad an opportunity to impress. Hetold the Bootiful Game “It’s another game and another different competition – and it’s one we also want to do well in this season. It gives us the chance to give a few lads a run out who have been waiting patiently for the call – and they can hopefully give us a headache when the time comes to selecting the starting eleven for Saturday”.
