Ryan Hindley and his Rossington Main men host high-flying Grimsby Borough in an exciting NCEL Division One clash on Saturday and Hindley is looking forward to the encounter.
Hindley started by replying to Barrett’s comments, “I don’t usually carry money so Danny will have to buy either way. Grimsby have always been the side to beat I was shocked that they still haven’t got promotion, hopefully this is their year along with Hallam both have a great squads and depth, but I love big games, and I don’t lose many.”
“But this will be the biggest test of my reign along with Tuesday night and we won that one, so who knows. Mine is a happy camp but that can soon change as it did with 3 defeats on the spin. We need to get back to winning ways, and hopefully 3 new signings this week will make the group even stronger.”
“I’m loving life as Rossington manager it’s so refreshing to have a football man as chairman, something I haven’t had since Steve Basford at Hallam.”
“I hope we get a big, loud and intimidating crowd, and they give Danny some stick.. He’s a great young manager, and someone that – along with his team – can turn them from being whipping boys into one, if not the best team in the league – as I did with Hallam.”
Safe travels to all at Grimsby.
