Worksop Town left with big void to fill…

Head of Media Operations Jake Brown has stepped down from his role at NCEL Premier Division side Worksop Town.

A statement from the club says, “Paul Williams had this to say today…

‘It is with great sadness that we have to announce the departure of our Head Of Media Operations, Jake Brown. Jake had been with us for nearly two years and feels that it is now time for him to try something new outside of the club. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Jake for his tireless efforts during his time with us, not only with his role leading the media team, but for all his efforts behind the scenes. Whilst here Jake has continually strived to improve the media coverage for the club, and along with other members of the media team he has created an award winning programme and numerous social media outlets to be proud of. We cannot thank Jake enough for his continued efforts and we hope wherever life takes him he always look back fondly on his time here. Good luck for the future and wherever life takes you next’.

The Club will be making further announcements in due course about the future direction of the media operation.”
