Agnew: “On our day we can be ruthless”

After last weekend’s 10-0 thumping of Liversedge, Bridlington Town are at home again tomorrow with Albion Sports providing the opposition, writes Ian Robinson, and Manager Brett Agnew is looking for a repeat performance.

“Saturday’s game will be another game where I will be looking for the same performances that the lads have been putting in ever since we took over.
As we showed last week, on our day we can be ruthless, and make teams look ordinary, but that doesn’t just happen, it comes with hard work on and off the pitch with the confidence we give the lads.
We know it’s vital to keep picking points up at home as that is the catalyst to winning anything.”

Brett confirmed that Town have no injury concerns ahead of the game and are still looking to strengthen their squad, telling TBG “We have a full strength team this week and may even add another bit of quality to our squad next week.”
