CHATFIELD looking to keep the great escape alive!

It’s a must win game yet again this weekend for the NCEL’s bottom club FC Bolsover, if they are to start climbing the table, writes Ian Robinson.

The opposition are 5th placed Worsbrough Bridge Athletic so, as Bolsover Manager Matt Chatfield acknowledges, it will be no easy task.

“On Saturday, we travel to Worsbrough looking to keep the great escape alive. We have been adding points to our performances this month which is great for the lads to show that all that hard work is paying off, we just need to now push on and have a good end of December and January to hopefully put us closer to the teams around us.

“It’s not going to be an easy game, as it never is in this league, but one thing about our lads is, no matter who we go up against, we will put in 100% and be hungry for more of those elusive points.”
