Collins anticipates tough clash against old pals Borough!

Four straight Toolstation NCEL Division One wins so far in December have hauled Skegness Town up to thirteenth in the table; their Joint Manager, Nathan Collins will be returning to familiar surroundings this weekend when he and his Lilywhites’ side travel the 40-odd miles up the A16 to tackle third–placed Grimsby Borough at the Bradley Football Development Centre -and it’s evident that Nathan retains the highest regard for a club he previously managed jointly with the man in the opposite technical area, Daniel Barrett, writes Colin Muncie.

Nathan is hoping that his current charges can maintain their recent fine run. “It’s another tough game for us against the best team and squad in the League,” he admitted, “but nobody is in better form than ourselves at the minute, so we can go there, work hard and play with freedom – and hopefully finish the month with another positive result.”
