Needham hoping Colliery can maintain their performance level against Selby!

Sitting nineteenth in Toolstation NCEL Division One, Harworth Colliery Manager, Lee Needham wants to bring the curtain down on 2018 in the best possible way with a win over fifth-placed Selby Town at the Jones and Co. Recreational Stadium tomorrow – and he’s hoping that Colliery can maintain their performance level against the top-placed side, writes Colin Muncie.

“We are aware that it will be a tough game against a good Selby team,” Lee warned, “but we seem to play better against the so- called ‘good’ teams in this League, so we are looking forward to the challenge. We are hoping for a change of fortunes – and to start turning the performances into points.”

Lee is hoping for a good crowd at Scrooby Road. “Our players are aware of the roles they need to play for this to happen – and there should be a fair few coming to watch and support the lads.”
