“Goalkeeper James Hitchcock is another recent signing by the new management team, signing from East Yorkshire Carnegie and was previously at Bridlington Town.”

“We are also close to announcing a further signing and will of course do so once the paperwork is complete.”

Signing of Danny Buttle who joins us as a player coach.

“We are really pleased to finally get this one over the line. Danny’s a great lad, footballer and has a real passion for coaching. Another voice in the dressing room is important and he will add to us both in terms of the playing side and the coaching side. He still has a lot to give as a player and is a real asset to us.”

Signing of James Hitchock.

“James has been with us now for 2 games and has fully committed to us for the rest of the season. He’s been brilliant for us so far. A great lad with great attitude and a real desire to improve both the team and himself.”

Signing of John Lock.

“John adds a real presence for us in defence and it was important we got someone of his attitude and leadership qualities into our side. He joins as the new club captain.”

“Meanwhile, Chris Ovington has left the club, we thank Chris for his efforts and wish him well for the future.”
