Fisher cites “budgeting issues & completely different ambitions” as he quits from Step 4 outfit

After six years of being in charge at Step 4 outfit Welwyn Garden City, Adam Fisher has resigned from the club after “budgeting issues” and “completely different ambitions”.

Fisher joined the club in 2012 and enjoyed a hugely successful tenure that ended in the Spartan South Midlands Premier Division title last season and promotion to the Southern League for the first time in the club’s illustrious history.
