NCEL Division One side announce new manager

Late last night NCEL Division One side East Hull FC announced that Andrew Watts was going to be their new manager for the 2019/20 season.

Watts had been apart of the successful team at Hall Road Rangers alongside Bill Gill as their Assistant Manager. A statement from the club says, “We have appointed Andrew Watts as our new first team manager. Andrew joins us from Hall road rangers. I’ve spoken at length with him over the last week and his passion for the game shines through. He has already started building his backroom staff and I can also welcome Matt Harvey back to the club who will join Andrew’s coaching team as our first team goalkeeping coach. The new GAFFER has also been very busy talking to players he wants to bring to the club. Andrew had this to say.

“Absolutely delighted to be appointed as the manager of East Hull FC after speaking with Jamie about his vision and plans for the club and the fans it was a no brainier for me.

“The hard work has already begun behind the scenes from everyone involved and there’s a real buzz about the place.

“I’ll be joined by Matt Harvey who will be the goalkeeping coach who brings a wealth of experience and a real passion for football. I’m currently speaking to a few coaches and one will be appointed by the end of next week.

“Looking forward to meeting everyone from the club and the fans if you see me around please feel free to come and have a chat.”
